THE RESPECT AFFECT: C10’s Broncos Legends Event Calls for Respect Across the Board

From prominent members of Denver’s IT Community to Legends from past Broncos scoreboards, the resounding theme of C10’s latest event was RESPECT.

The respect and gratitude in the room that night was palpable as 50 of Denver’s tech elite comingled with other greats in their respective field, top technology partners, and legendary Broncos players. The executives were able to bring their families to the exclusive “Meet & Greet” networking event at the 1st Bank Center to meet their childhood heroes. From recent Hall of Fame inductee, Terrell Davis, to the legendary Steve Atwater, the caliber of players and executives alike couldn’t help but call for the respect of all attendees and sponsors. Karl Mecklenburg, Rod Smith, Mark Jackson and Ed McCaffrey were among the remaining players that made the night one for the record books.

That being said, no player was unattainable. The humbleness and approachability of the players is what stood out to those in the room. Executives and their families were able to get autographs, take photos, and spend time with each player. Dan Lissek, Director of IT for FCC Services, regaled us with tales of his daughter playing a quick game of catch with Mark Jackson, while his son chatted with Ed McCaffrey about the University of Michigan and “shared smiles” with the Broncos’ great about his tenure here in Denver.

It was fascinating to see the greats of two completely different industries come together at one event. C10 is honored to share such incredible experiences like this with all of our supporters. We would also like to give a huge thank you to the Broncos players that made this event as legendary as they are. C10 is proud to be involved with such respected members of the IT community, and proud to call Denver our home.
